According to Forbes Women Magazine (May, 2021), Black female entrepreneurs take the lead in establishing businesses, but only 3% continue to run mature businesses. Whew. I know. Trust me, I was using the wrong terminology and saying I had a "side-hustle" because I still worked a 9-5. But we are not created to hustle.
We are created to have dominion, to OWN (Gen. 1:26) and to build. What you offer the world deserves to be celebrated, and YOU are the BRAND: you are Boldly Representing And Never Diminishing in what YOU create. Sis, it is time. Let's take what God has given you and multiply it just like He said we are to do (Gen. 1:28)

Known in the digital streets as “The Fly Preacha!” and the “Queen of Thrifting,” I LOVE all things faith, family, and fashion! Being my authentic self, I am known for my entertaining YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook lives. I reveal products and give my true reaction with infectious joy and maybe an occasional shout track as I did on a live with Celebrity Stylist J. Bolin. The Brand Ambassador Training Up to 10 Participants
- Vet your potential brand ambassadors by reviewing their social media
- Create an application for those who we think would best fit your brand
- Enroll potential candidates in the BRANDYOUniversity course tailor made to your product.
- Create contracts for your Brand Ambassadors to sign and include, but not limited to, non-compete clause, compensation and length of contract
- Make sure the Brand Ambassadors are in compliance with Federal Trade Commission laws
- Give feedback on the performance of Brand Ambassadors based on data whether they are killing it or underperforming (once per enrollee)
